THE VINEYARD

Hand-harvested from family-run Ricci Vineyard, on the outskirts of Sonoma in the heart of Carneros. Since 1982, they’ve labored and produced premium wine grapes sought after by renowned winemakers.

THE WINEMAKING 

76% Pommard & 24% St. Laurent were inoculated with WS yeast and cofermented together, finishing primary in stainless steel. Pressed and barreled down in 2x used Francois Freres barrels, native ML, aged for 8 months before bottling. 

WINEMAKER NOTES 

This unique coferment brings elegance and a darker, spicier profile. Notes of black cherries, blackberries, rose petals, plum, and baking spices. Pairs well with Pork Adobo, Pancit Canton, and Diniguan.
